Digital technology has already made an impact on clinical procedures for fixed restorative dentistry. With the advent of this technology now entering removable dentistry, the clinician will have several questions. First question should be if there are sufficient advantages to this technology to warrant changing their clinical procedures. If the advantages are compelling then the next step is to understand and select from the various workflow options that will be efficient and provide the best results.

This CE webinar will briefly describe the advantages of digital technology for removable restorations and several workflow options that are currently available. In particular the 'Three Appointment Workflow" will be outlined and suggested as an excellent transition from analog to digital dentures. This workflow mirrors many of the familiar procedures and utilizes digital technology to greatly accelerate and simplify several of the clinical appointments.
